About Wendelen Rodriguez

Real estate has been a part of my life for over nine years, serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Fresno and the Central Valley. I help people navigate big decisions, whether that’s buying their first home, moving into the next chapter, or building long-term wealth through real estate. To me, it’s never just about the transaction. It’s about making sure you feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

I’ve also had the opportunity to grow in leadership through the Women’s Council of Realtors, Greater Fresno, where I served on the board for three years and completed my term as President in 2025. During that time, I stayed actively involved in the industry by attending conferences with the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, making sure I’m always bringing current knowledge and real value back to my clients.

Outside of real estate, I’m a mom of four boys, and a lot of my time is spent at wrestling practices, matches, and everything in between. That season of life keeps me grounded and deeply connected to my community. Family and community mean everything to me. I lead with a servant’s heart, give back where I can, and stay rooted in my faith. The way I show up for my clients reflects that, this isn’t just a career for me, it’s something I genuinely feel called to do.
