About Eric Wilkins

Eric Wilkins is a real estate professional and investor with over 37 year’s experience in both commercial development and investment.   His experience has included both general and medical office, industrial, retail, and self-storage.  Mr. Wilkins was a founding board member of Security First Bank and subsequently served as a board member for Suncrest Bank.  He holds an AA degree in Political Science from Santa Barbara City College and Bachelor of Science in Political Science from University of California at Santa Barbara.  Eric and his wife Kristie have two children. Eric enjoys snow skiing and boating in the summer.
