About Eddie Rendon

Eddie Rendon has customer service in his blood. Prior to entering the real estate business, he opened and managed restaurants in CA, NV and AZ. It is his restaurant management background that first taught him about customer service, retention, and return business. After living and working in Las Vegas as a Loan Officer, Eddie relocated back home to Fresno in 2006. As a Realtor and Loan Officer for iFinancial Group Inc., Eddie quickly became the office's top producer in terms of mortgage and real estate volume. In 2008, Eddie was promoted to Manager of Sales & Operations of iRealty Group, the company's Real Estate Division. His duties included mentoring junior Real Estate agents, managing the company's REO, BPO, and Short Sale inventory, and assisting all buyers and sellers. In February 2011, Eddie obtained his CA Real Estate Broker's license, and became Broker/Owner of iRealty Group. He ran his boutique Brokerage from 2011-2016, with much success for a smaller and local independent office. In late 2016, Eddie's company was acquired by Movoto Real Estate, where he served as a Team Leader and Broker-Associate until the company's departure from Real Estate sales, in March of 2025. Effective April of 2025, Eddie is a Broker-Associate with Iron Key Real Estate. Eddie lives in Fresno, CA with his Wife Adriana, and two kids; Eddie III and Lysette.
